Debbie Laurie, City Manager, City of Bangor has accepted our invitation to join the Board of Directors.  Debbie is interested in being more involved in organizations where she can learn about the important issues facing the community.  Debbie is born and raised in Bangor, before being appointed as the City Manager in 2022 she was the long time Finance Director and Interim City Manager.  She will add a depth of knowledge to our work toward the Opportunity 2028 Bold Goals.  The City of Bangor has been an excellent partner to HoMEUW and Debbie’s involvement on the board will continue to strengthen our connection.
