Kendra Overlock is the Director, Customer Service & Communications at Versant Power. She has more than 20 years of experience in diverse roles with the company, including customer service, advanced metering, transmission development and communications. She is responsible for strategy and execution of Versant Power’s customer experience operations and internal and external communications, including brand and community investment. Kendra currently serves on the board of the University of Maine Presque Isle Development Foundation.
Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University Washington, a Master of Arts from the University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration from Husson University
