Prior to HoMEUW, Diana served as the Executive Director of Millinocket Memorial Library, where she expanded the library’s role as a community hub and established a low-barrier resource navigation service called the Help Desk. Over the years, she has also been involved in community-based work throughout Maine, including as a facilitator for the Katahdin Collaborative, a coach with Girls on the Run, and a volunteer with Wabanaki REACH. She currently serves as the Vice President of Friends of Baxter State Park. 

Diana holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Visual Arts from Bowdoin College and a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of North Texas. She is also a graduate of the Maine Development Foundation’s Institute for Civic Leadership program. 

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Diana now lives in Bangor with her partner and enjoys running, birding, and photography.
