2024 Campaign Prize Registration.

Terms and Conditions
No purchase necessary. Entries must be received by December 27, 2024 at 4 PM. Entries into the Heart of Maine United Way sweepstakes are eligible to win: A Bangor Waterfront Concert Rock Box VIP Experience for 6 and a $600 gift card) provided by Haley Ward, Inc.; $3,300 toward a heat pump and installation provided by Versant Power, a $500 L.L. Bean gift card from L.L. Bean. Once drawn, the winner of the 1st prize is not eligible for the 2nd prize or 3rd prize. Once drawn, the winner of the 2nd prize is not eligible for the 3rd prize.
Any person is eligible if they are 18 years of age or older.
In order to be entered to win, entrants must complete entry form completely.
Winners will be drawn at Heart of Maine United Way’s January 2025 Board of Directors Meeting (or nearest possible date). Your entry serves as consent for your name to be read should your entry be drawn. Eligible individuals do not need to be present at the drawing to win.
The winners, upon acceptance, agree to: a) participate in Heart of Maine United Way’s publicity and promotional activities, including use of name and photograph in all media; and b) sign a release and hold harmless agreement in favor of the sponsors, Heart of Maine United Way, and their respective agents and employees.
The winners will be required to pay any and all applicable taxes including, without limitation, federal, state and local income taxes.
The winners are required to provide proper photograph identification and/or other verification upon presentation of the prize.
Any contest participant’s failure to abide by all terms of these Rules and Regulations will disqualify that participant from being eligible for any prize hereunder.
One entry per person.
