Wendy Durrah currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at Bangor Savings Bank, leading both the Real Estate Management and Executive Support Teams.  Wendy joined Bangor Savings Bank in 2003 as the Accounting/Finance HR Liaison, and later served as Assistant Vice President/Support Services Staff & Finance Director (2008-2009).  In 2015, she was promoted to Vice President/Chief of Staff; and in 2016, promoted to Senior Vice President.

Prior to joining Bangor Savings, Wendy worked for Eastern Fine Paper, Inc. in a variety of roles (1988-2003). She started in the Human Resource Department with roles in budgeting, staffing, Union negotiations and special projects (1988-1994), and then moved into a production role serving as a liaison between corporate sales and operations along with the management of production orders.

Wendy currently serves on the Bank’s Leadership Committee and has played a key role in the construction of the Bank’s corporate campus – Founders Place, the acquisition of Granite Bank in 2018 and Damariscotta Bank & Trust in 2020 along with a variety of high profile real estate projects across the Bank’s footprint.
