$475/month (All-Inclusive)

What’s Included:

Private Office: Secure, furnished office space for your organization

Utilities & Services: All included—electricity, central air heat & A/C, internet, and maintenance

Each newly renovated office includes an L-shaped standing desk, desk chair, and guest chair

All offices have one or more windows

Shared Amenities:

Access to the Wellness Room with a treadmill and exercise equipment

Access to the Care Room for private appointments and lactation

Use of common areas, including kitchen and lounge

Use of office printer (detailed provided in rental agreement)

Event & Meeting Spaces:

Use of our four small meeting rooms

Use of the Board Room and Event Center a set number of times per month/year (details provided in rental agreement), and discounted rental rates for additional use

Professional Environment & Convenient Location:

Clean, modern, and collaborative atmosphere

Central location easily accessible off I-95 in Bangor

Free parking for tenants and guests

Access to Programming & Networking:

Educational and professional development opportunities

Reduced fees for multi-session cohort trainings and intensive classes

Rate: $475/month for 1 employee (plus $75 for each additional employee regularly using the office). Includes internet & utilities.
