Heart of Maine United Way Hiring Director of Administration & Governance
Heart of Maine United Way is seeking a Director of Administration & Governance to support the organization’s internal operations, governance processes, and overall effectiveness.
This role works closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen organizational systems, support Board and committee functions, and coordinate compliance and administrative requirements. The position plays a key role in ensuring the organization operates with discipline, accountability, and strong internal coordination.
The Director of Administration & Governance will also help improve workflows, manage organizational priorities, and support initiatives that advance HoMEUW’s work across Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Somerset, Waldo, and Washington counties.
