Joe joined the HoMEUW staff in 2020, and has more than 30 years of nonprofit education experience. As Chief Development Officer, he plays a leadership role in coordinating the annual campaign.

He most recently worked for five years in  the Maine Central Institute Advancement Office. Prior to that, he was a member of the University of Maine Athletic Department for 25 years. He started in the sports Information office, was promoted to director, and advanced to marketing, development, and eventually, a supervisory role overseeing those areas.
