How to Get Your Tickets:
The Transfer Process

After donating, you should have received an email from tickets@homeunitedway.org within 24 business hours.

This email asks you to confirm the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account so we can ensure we are sending the tickets to the right place.

Your tickets will not be sent until you reply to confirm your email.

I donated but didn’t receive the confirmation email from tickets@homeunitedway.org. What should I do?

No problem! Just send an email to tickets@homeunitedway.org with:

    • Your full name
    • The concert you selected
    • The date you made your donation

We’ll respond as soon as possible and make sure your tickets are on the way.

How do I know when my tickets have been sent?

Once your tickets are transferred, you’ll receive an email directly from Ticketmaster.

Click the “View and Use Your Mobile Tickets” button in that email, and sign in using the same email you confirmed with us. You’ll then see your tickets in the Ticketmaster app.

I don’t have a Ticketmaster account yet. Can I still get my tickets?

Yes! You can create a free Ticketmaster account using the email you donated with. Once you’ve confirmed that email address with us, we’ll send your tickets and you’ll be able to view them in your new account.
