SKILLS Employment Supports helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism in Somerset and Penobscot Counties find and keep competitive jobs. The program offers personalized career exploration, skill-building, job search assistance, and ongoing coaching to promote independence and success in the workplace. By working closely with participants and community partners, SKILLS removes barriers to employment and helps people build confidence and meaningful connections in their communities.
