Programs We Fund

This collaborative program helps survivors of human trafficking in Penobscot and Piscataquis counties secure safe, stable housing and access vital resources to promote safety, autonomy, and well-being. It provides housing navigation, advocacy, financial assistance, and trauma-informed support tailored to each survivor’s needs. A dedicated housing navigator guides survivors through finding housing, securing financial help, and connecting to services like employment support, counseling, and legal aid. The program also strengthens community response through training and coordination among local partners to better identify and support survivors.
