Programs We Fund

For over 13 years, the Hope House Transitional Housing Program has supported individuals transitioning from chronic homelessness to stable housing and self-sufficiency, serving 84 people in 2024. Along with affordable housing, tenants access meals, employment and education support, substance use and mental health treatment, medical care, and peer support. With upcoming operational changes and a growing need to serve an aging population with complex health challenges, securing sustainable funding is critical. Planned renovations will add housing units and on-site recovery services, creating a community-focused program designed to stabilize and empower residents for long-term success.
